The common areas and garden of the townhouse mansion are for the exclusive use of our guests who stay at either The Morgan State House or The Washington Park State House.
You enter into an atmosphere of an elegant private home. The entire first floor of the inn is comprised of gracious, comfortable living areas. Enjoy a beverage and conversation in front of a fireplace or if you would prefer, spend some time on our garden patio. Our brick terrace is complimented with a classic border garden. At The Washington Park State House you enter into a beautiful mahogany paneled lobby, much like that of a fine private European hotel.

Deluxe queen room in house, one queen bed, accommodates up to 2, feather mattress, down Comforter and pillows, cable television, reading Area, desk, private bath, AM/FM/alarm clock radio, plush terry towels, robes, iron/ironing board, modem connection, voicemail, breakfast. $160.00* US per night.

The following policies apply to all reservations:
- Maximum of 2-4 people per room (depending on room).
- Pets not allowed.
- As much as we love them, we do not accept children (under the age of 16).
- We are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted outside only.
- All reservations require an advance deposit equal to one night’s stay.
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival - BY 3:00 PM.
- Cancellations within the 24 hours will be charged for a one night’s deposit.
- Guests may arrive between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
- You will need to make arrangements if you are checking in after 6 PM.
- Checkout time is 11:00 am.
