We are a unique guest house tucked into a quite neighborhood in the heart of Atlanta. Located in a lush Morningside neighborhood just north of Midtown, and very close to Buckhead, Virginia Highlands, Emory, and Downtown.
We have two Suites available for your enjoyment:
Crown Suite - this suite offers a private bath with a balcony view of a wooded garden and stream. This suite contains two queen sized beds and will accommodate one - four adults comfortably. $130 per night, double occupancy.
Our Holiday Suite - this suite offers a semiprivate bath with a sitting room. This suite contains a queen sized bed, TV and VCR. $120 per night, double occupancy. Rates are based on double occupancy and include extended Continental breakfast
You can walk to many restaurants & nearby shops. We are just a mile from the Lindbergh Marta Station. The railroad goes directly to the Airport, Downtown, and Chinatown. Visit the CNN Center, Underground Atlanta, Coca-Cola Museum, MLK & President Carter Centers, Centennial Olympic & Piedmont Park. There is much more to see close to us in Atlanta. We have parking available, & Taxis are quickly fetchable for the no-car guests. Enjoy our courtyard & small stream through the property. We are a pet & smoke free House.

So here is some of what we have to offer our guests to make their stay more restful as well as enjoyable!!! After a restful night, spend some time walking through our garden, or sit on the porch overlooking a small stream and just relax over coffee.
The kitchen is available to all our guests. If you want to stay in, make yourself something good to eat for lunch or dinner. (just keep it clean and tidy when finished).

If chilling in the living room is not your speed then ask your friendly tenant or house boy to turn on the jacuzzi and de-stress over hot soothing bubbles.

After a long day touring the town sit back in the living room and socialize with the other guests, listen to music or enjoy a VHS or DVD.

Deposits:
A one night room deposit is required to confirm your stay of 1 to 3 nights.
One half deposit is required for on your stay of 4 nights or more.
Cancellations
Deposits will refunded if canceled before 3pm (EST), 7 days prior to your arrival.
Deposits will not be refunded if canceled less than 7 days before arrival.
Early departures will not be granted a refund
Smoking Policy
In preserving the quality of our Inn and for the comfort of all guests, smoking is NOT allowed in the guest rooms.
Smoking is permitted on the outside decks.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
