All Jacuzzi bedchambers are decorated with an angel motif and, of course, majestic New Hampshire views from one of several private decks. Each room is uniquely decorated and furnished with antiques. Our cozy Victorian bed and breakfast parlor serves as a sitting room where guests can relax by a crackling fire after a day of skiing in the New Hampshire mountains.

Policy:
-Except for holiday weekends and fall foliage, the deposit on a reservation cancelled more than two weeks prior to arrival will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. On holiday weekends and during fall foliage, the deposit on a reservation cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee. Any cancellation received within the specified cancellation periods will be refunded only if the room is resold less applicable cancellation fee.
-Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and once booked our normal reservation cancellation policy applies.
-We do not "overbook" our rooms. We hold your reservations for those dates, turning others away for that time period. For this reason, if you leave earlier than scheduled, you will be charged for the entire reservation unless we can rent the room to others.
-Check in after 3:00 pm - If arriving later than 9 pm please advise.
-Godspeed by 11:00.
-Due to the adult ambiance and antiques, the Inn is appropriate for children 12 or older.
-Pets cannot be accepted.
-Smoking limited to porch. Smoking on decks or in rooms will result in a $200 cleaning and fumigation fee.
