The atmosphere is like a breath of fresh air blowing in from the Caribbean Sea, keeping the temperature around 80º virtually all the time. The island is generally cooled by a prevailing easterly sea-breeze, with no air pollution or acid rain. The Caribbean Sea in front of the resort, as in all Belizean waters, is rich with all kinds of marine life including fish, conch and lobster due to our second longest living reef in the world. Mangrove wetlands behind the resort provide healthy and interesting wildlife nurseries for various species of fish, birds and crocodiles.
Our spacious waterfront property spreads over 4 acres. Hotel Rooms are housed in two main two-story buildings of pressure treated and kiln dried lumber to ensure interior coolness while blending in our tropical landscape. Our property is attractively fenced to maximize the security of our guests while enhancing the resort's aesthetics.
Our modern hotel rooms are air-conditioned, with daily maid service, balcony, queen-size bed, private bath, and hot water. All rooms have single-hung screened windows which may be optionally opened upwards in the event you prefer to enjoy natural tropical sea breeze instead.

Caye Caulker island is 10 minutes flight from Belize International Airport that is 2 hours flight Texas or Miami Florida. This island is accessible from Belize City by regional airline or water taxi.
Policy:
Reservation and Payment: To reserve accommodations a deposit of 30% of total room charge is required at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of deposit the hotel shall issue Confirmation of the accommodations for the dates specified.
Payment of remaining 70% of room stay becomes payable upon guest’s Arrival and check-in at the hotel.
Full refund will be made for Cancellations that are made in writing 30 days prior to the Guest’s Arrival Date at the hotel, less penalty equivalent to minimum of two nights room rental.
No refund will be made for Cancellations that occur less than 30 days prior to Guest’s Arrival Date.
