Policy:
* A visa or master card is required to guarantee the reservation.
* A 3 nights deposit is required which is taken upon confirmation of reservation.
* In the instance of "no-shows" the penalty is 1 night.
Cancellation: If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival there is no refund of deposit, when reservation is cancelled before the 14 day period the fee is US$100.00 per unit.
