Built in the 1820’s as a roadside inn, The Village Inn is the oldest structure in Historic Stone Mountain Village. The inn survived Sherman’s fiery torch because of its use as a Confederate hospital during the Civil War. If these walls could talk, what stories they would have to tell!
Completely renovated in 1995, The Village Inn now offers guests six comfortable guest rooms with modern amenities such as: individual climate control, whirlpool baths, gas fireplaces, ceiling fans, in-room coffee, hair dryers, irons/ironing boards, cable tv/vcr’s, and private telephone extensions with answering machines. Each of our rooms are warmly decorated with period antiques and guests enjoy complimentary snacks, beverages, and a full breakfast each morning.

Policy:
-Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
-Check-out: 11:00 AM.
-Well-behaved and well-supervised children are welcome.
-For the comfort of our guests and the preservation of our antiques, smoking is limited to outdoor areas only.
-Your PETS will be happier at home, since we do not have comparable accommodations for both you and them.
-Cancellation Policy:
We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, if we know of your change in plans a minimum of 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. If within the 7 days, you are responsible for any nights that are not resold.
-Group reservations (3 or more rooms) require a 50% deposit. Deposit, less a 10% processing fee, will be refunded with 21 days notice of cancellation. Cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire deposit amount.
