This charming, informal ranch gives you a feeling of the Old West. Only at M13172 can you find 3,000 acres of such wide-open land at the foot of the ruggedly beautiful Tucson Mountains adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Here, ranch informality is blended perfectly with the comforts of a top resort. You will enjoy the western-style horseback riding with the wranglers, fine horses, and scores of scenic trails. This is a working cattle ranch and its great fun to watch the Longhorn cattle herd coming in to water. Whether you are busy all the time or take it a little easier, your time here will be one of real experiences and relaxation, a vacation free of crowds, lines and stress. Even if you arrive alone you will know everyone within hours.
We invite you to the ranch that has been our home since 1965, where the third generation of the True family is now growing up. Our goal has always been to carefully blend the family approach and personal touch of a traditional dude ranch with the service and quality of a fine resort.
Property amenities:
41 rooms plus a 4-bedroom, 3-bath Hacienda. The main lodge consists of a large family room, bar, billiard room, dining room, gift shop and guests services office. The Longhorn Center is 2,600 sq. ft. of meeting space. Our new Spa facility offers two massage rooms, exercise room and sauna. Varied horseback riding program, heated pool, lighted tennis court/sport court, basketball, guided hikes, petting zoo, recreation room, movie theater and laundry facility. Airport transfers provided with minimum stay.

The ranch adjoins the Saguaro National Park and is only 30 minutes from the Sonoran Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studio. Tombstone and Nogales, Mexico are a 1 1/2 hour drive. Kartchner Caverns, The Biosphere, Sabino Canyon and Kitt Peak Observatory are just a few more that are within reach.

Located on the northwest side of Tucson and only 40 minutes from the Tucson International Airport.
Policy:
A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm reservations. 60 days notice is required for deposit refund. Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 11:00pm. There is four night minimum stay and during holiday periods a six night minimum is requested. No smoking in dining room or lodge. No pets alowed. Children of all ages welcome.

Summer Bonanza: Four night and seven night packages which include lodging, all meals, horseback riding, ranch activities and airport transfers. Four nites, Double $520/person, Single, $565.00. Seven nights is $870/person Double and $945 Single. All rates subject to 8.1% tax and 15% service charge.
