M13173 means "Heaven" in the Fijian language and when you’re in Heaven, you get to make your own rules! Rule #1: Only 12 guests in six luxury Villas. 25 acre coconut plantation. 500 meters of beach front, with the very private Villas spread along the hillside above the beach. Each 800 sq.ft. Villa has a partially covered view deck, an 8’x8’ shower room with soaking tub and incredible view. All meals are included in the rates. Seasonal discounts apply from mid-January through June (stay 7, pay 6). We cater to adults seeking privacy and pristine natural beauty. It’s over 50 miles to open ocean so the bay, which has no commercial traffic (and is 1,000+ meters deep in the center) is totally unspoiled with the best soft corals in the world.

All non motorized sports are included and full snorkel gear is provided.

The only two resident pods of dolphins in Fiji! Whales in the Southern Summer..... Village visits; jet boat tour, kayaks & mountain bikes. Island tours. Visit the red prawns -- one of only two places in the world is located nearby. Fish in the bay or arrange a deep sea charter. Maybe a Robinson Crusoe picnic via kayak to a 3/4 mile long private white sand beach? Sailing charter available -- scuba diving is nearby.
Policy:
Minimum stay = 3 nights. 50% deposit (3 night min.) at booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 10% cancellation processing fee; cancellation within 90 days = no refund but dates can be rescheduled. Groups with 3 or more Villas = no refund; rescheduling okay. Check in and check out times are flexible. Resort - airport transfers are included. Infants accepted or children over 12. Extra charges apply. Smoking / non-smoking available.
