Located in the emerald green waters of the Inside Passage, Pacific Orca floating eco-lodge is situated to take advantage of the myriad of islands that make up the Broughton Archipelago Marine Park. The topography of this unique area is a unique blend of countless islets combined with massive fjords carved thousands of years ago by the great glaciers. There area is home to one of the largest resident Orca whale populations in the world with numbers reaching in excess of 200 whales.
Every year the whales return to feed on the abundant salmon supply, play, sleep and rub their bodies on the pebble ocean floor at Robson Bight. Highlights of this expedition are the great guides, fabulous westcoast cuisine and awe-inspiring views! Small group sizes make for an exquisite and intimate experience.
Property amenities:
A true eco lodge, we are off the power grid and environmentally friendly. We have a solar power system that provides us with all the electricity that we need. The lodge also makes good use of clean burning propane; there is a cozy gas fireplace to keep us warm if it gets cold in the evenings.
We do have a pressure water system at the lodge as well. The solar system powers a pressure pump, so we do have on demand water at the lodge. We even have a barbeque under the covered deck for fresh salmon BBQ dinners!
The lodge has shared washroom facilities, an outdoor shower (with hot water) and a good library of books that pertain to the area. There are also some board games, cards etc. for added evening entertainment. And the fishing off the deck is fun and sometimes quite fruitful. We caught a 35 lb. halibut off the deck in 2003!

4 day 3 night packages includes all meals, guiding, kayaking equipment and return water taxi transfers from Port McNeill. Cost is $1249 per person. Discounts available for booking more than one person.
