One of the oldest and established lodgings {small hotel} built in 1966 by the Hall Family is located overlooking Cruz Bay, a few minutes from Peter Bay Caneel Bay Hotel, Westin Hotel, and Trunk Bay Beach, U.S. Virgin Islands. Nearby to supermarkets, banks with ATM machines, churches and taxis.
Three 3 suites are available; 1 Tropical Garden Suite, 2 Southern Suite and 3 Front Suite which all open into the Lounge Area. They have all been recently renovated with new cabinets and ceramic white tiles. You can book with us if your timeshare schedule doesn't give you enough time, or if your villa only has specific days to check in. You can check in any day of the week, here. We would love you to spend those few days with us.

The St. John vacation rental Front suite includes a Queen Size canopy bed, a fold-out twin bed and the Southern Suite includes a Queen Size canopy bed, and an additional full size futon.
Tropical Garden Suite accommodates up to 5 people. It includes a queen size bed, queen size futon and twin size folding bed/ottoman.
Each has a kitchenette with a microwave, blender, coffee maker and a Private bathroom with hot and cold water.
A DVD/ VCR player, DVD / VCR movies, beach chairs & umbrellas, Cable TV, air conditioned, ceiling fan, snorkel equipment and cooler are included in the suite vacation package for your comfort.
Complimentary mini-bar, snacks, breakfast items, fruit basket, chocolate candy, nuts and a chilled bottle of champagne.
Books and games; checkers, cards, backgammon, chess, cards, etc. are also included in the vacation package. As part of the vacation getaway, we provide complimentary pick up and delivery from the Cruz Bay Dock, St. John.

Policy:
Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival the deposit of $300.00 will not be refund. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable.
