The Ocean Cottage features four spacious, fully self-contained apartments. These elegantly furnished units include living room, bedroom (with king- or queen-size bed), bathroom (all tiled with showers) and a completely furnished kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, etc...). The Ocean Cottage has the living space and facilities you need to enjoy your stay at your own pace...at your own place.
The Vacation Club is a vacation community of 12 private sea houses, nestled on the hillside overlooking Marigot Beach. Your intimacy and privacy are assured in your own private 2-story sea house, smartly furnished and fully equipped with all the modern amenities etc.

DEPOSIT
* To confirm your reservations, we must receive a deposit of US $200 per person (paid by cheque, American Express, Visa or MasterCard) within 2 days of your call.
* Payment in full is due 45 days before arrival date.
* Cheques are payable to Omega Caribe Ltd.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* 45 days or more prior to arrival: US $100 per person.
* Less than 45 days prior to arrival: no refund will be made.

* Rates are in US$ per week and per day (not for each person). Single: deduct 10%.
* Accommodations rates are subject to 8% government tax and 10% resort tax.
* Children: Children cannot be accommodated at The Ocean Cottage.
