Policy:
There is a $100 CAD charge for each additional person. Rates subject to 13% Canadian Tax. Visitors to Canada are eligible for room tax refunds. Room rates (not including meals) are 10% commissionable.
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We ask that all guests be sure of travel plans before booking.
Policy: Notice of sixty days for stays during July through October; thirty days at all other times will result in full refund of pre-payment less one hundred dollars administrative fee per room. After that pre-payments cannot be refunded regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure. To prevent loss of monies, we suggest travel and cancellation insurance coverage.
