* 50% deposit is required to secure package reservations.
* Refunds are available with written cancellation notice received and confirmed at the Turks & Caicos Club 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, deposit is forfeited. Because of our small size, cancellations and alterations can significantly affect us. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strictly adhered to.

* Rates are for two persons in one-bedroom suites and four persons in two-bedroom suites.
* Rates do not include 10 percent government tax and 10 percent service charge.
* Currency is U.S. Dollar.
