Our Fitness classes are taught by highly trained instructors, sensitive to each of your abilities and needs. Our cuisine has been touted by many guests as "far superior" than most other health spas. All meals are prepared fresh daily using only the finest ingredients, and prepared low fat, low sugar and low salt. $100 depost required for each person. Completely refunded up to 72 hours of arrival. Check-in 2:00 pm and check-out 12:00. No smoking in any of the buildings. No pets or children.
Packages:
All of our regular packages, whether a one-night or seven-night plan, are all inclusive with three luscious meals daily, 1/2 hour free massage per night of stay, inclusion in all fitness classes, unlimited use of the Spa facilities (heated indoor pool, Olympic size outdoor pool, outdoor tennis, Jacuzzi, sauna, equipment and weight room), and tax. Enjoy our competitive rates all season long, April through December. We are confident our rates, when compared package for package, will satisfy your quest for the best deal around.
We balance our days at The Spa with a variety of fitness & wellness classes, invigorating walks and hikes, relaxed healthy meals in our candlelit dining room, evening classes to educate and inform and to just have fun. We pride ourselves on our wide array of facials, body treatments and energy work.
