Situated on a remote island, surrounded by some of the best fishing spots on the entire lake, Eastview Lodge is where even the most serious of fishermen can take his entire family for a summer outdoors vacation that is sure to please everyone. Swimming, boating, bush hiking, rock- and driftwood collecting, berry picking, wildlife observation, sightseeing excursions by seaplane or catamaran - or simply relaxing in the sun.
In Lake Kipawa you will find a variety of fish: Lake Trout, Walleye and Great Northern Pike, Whitefish etc. Our premises are located on Bronson Island surrounded by some of the best fishing spots on the entire lake. Lake Trout are caught near the surface in the early season, later in the summer in cooler, deeper waters. They can be caught by trolling or still fishing; in the spring you can even catch them right off our landing docks. For extra adventure try hiking into one of the secluded smaller lakes nearby.

Spacious, fully equipped two bedroom cabin or chalet with comfortable beds, propane fridge & stove, running water; interior & exterior facilities; centrally located hot showers. Bedlinen & firewood supplied. Plenty of docking space near each cabin. Chose between rudimentary fishing cabin or modern family chalet.

More than 1100 miles of shoreline, countless islands, long bays and channels bordered by virgin pine and spruce forests. Excursions by boat or seaplane, wild life observations, hikes into nearby secluded lakes for extra pike fishing excitement.
Lake Kipawa is one of the largest, most beautiful lakes in North Western Quebec and widely renowned for its excellent fishing for Lake Trout, Walleye and Northern Pike. The lake is made up of long bays and channels bordered by virgin spruce, pine and birch forests. It is a paradise for the driftwood and rock collector. On your boating excursions you may observe wild life along the shorelines. Easy access by paved roads all the way to the village of Kipawa at the shore of Lake Kipawa, only 8 kms ( 5 miles) from the town of Temiscaming, QC. where all modern amenities can be found, including shopping, banking and a hospital clinic.

Policy:
Weekly cabin rentals, Saturday p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m., minimum stay 3 days (2 nights). 25% deposit required with reservation, balance due in cash on arrival. Children welcome, pets restricted.
