Beachfront Deluxe - Approximately 360 sq. ft. these 30 beach front rooms are situated on the ground or upper floor of the five buildings set along the beach. Features include either a 4-poster king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a bathroom with twin vanities and shower, and a private terrace fronted by sea grape trees and the beach.

Beachfront Cabana - Approximately 270 sq. ft. these 10 newly refurbished cabanas are situated on the upper floor of five stilted buildings set along the beach front. Features include a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower only, a hammock and a private deck overlooking the beach.

2 Bedroom villa - Approximately 1,320 sq. ft. these 15 2-bedroom villas are set on the hillside. One floor features a hillside ocean view bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and private terrace. The other floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with shower, as well as a large living room with a full kitchen and outside deck with dining table and gas grill.

3 Bedroom villa - Approximately 1,712 sq. ft. these 11 three-bedroom villas are set on the hillside. Ground floor features a hillside ocean view bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, as well as a large living room with a full kitchen and outside deck with dining table and gas grill. Top floor features a king-size bed and a wet bar area with fridge, microwave and coffee-maker — corner Jacuzzis also available in some.

Far Pavilion Estate Home - Boasts an incredible panoramic outdoor terrace and its own private 30-foot swimming pool! You’ll enjoy a large, comfortable living area with a separate spacious dining room and an ultra-modern kitchen. A staircase from the living area leads to two second-floor bedrooms, both with king size beds. All rooms offer unforgettable view of the Caribbean from balconies overlooking Long Bay.

Blue Water Lair - Blue Water Lair is a spacious well-appointed home, featuring three large bedrooms - unmistakably Caribbean. Enter through the wrought-iron gate and step into a sunny, tiled courtyard with private pool. The main pavilion houses the living room, master suite, kitchen, and dining area.

Solaria Estate Home - Solaria House is a three-bedroom villa offering panoramic views from its vantage point on the Long Bay hillside. Solaria offers privacy and the benefit of its own pool. Solaria’s owners have skillfully blended modern technology with a distinct Caribbean feel in keeping with the natural surroundings.

Murray Estate Home - The Murray-Sayles House is an enticing combination of open and shaded terraces, tastefully furnished rooms and an ocean-facing swimming pool. The master suite stands alone on the far side of the pool, just steps from the water’s edge. Enjoy your morning swim directly from your bedroom door. A small flight of stairs leads up from the terrace to the two additional bedrooms.
