We invite you to share in the traditions of the old west. A week’s stay at the M13490 will be a summer vacation not to be forgotten. It’s located at 8,600 ft. in the Pike National Forest of the Rocky Mountains. There are excellent children’s programs for ages 3-17. The scenery and cool, clear weather, combined with warm hospitality, home-cooked meals and great activities will provide the vacation of a life time.

Property amenities:
Stay in your own two bedroom cabin with a private bathroom. Enjoy the horseback riding, fly-fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, swimming and hot-tub, and children’s programs during the day and a fun filled activity every evening from a hayride or country dancing to a cookout or candle light dinner.
Nearby attractions and activities:
Colorado Springs is a great gateway to your ranch vacation. You can easily fly into Denver or Colorado Springs, and then rent a car. In the Springs, you’ll find myriad options such as the famed Pike’s Peak Cog Railroad, the Garden of the Gods, historic Manitou Springs with all that it has to offer, Pike’s Peak itself, the Pro-Rodeo Hall of Fame, US Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls and so much more. We highly recommend at least a night in the area. From there, the drive to the Ranch is spectacular with lots of fun options along the way. You’ll want to allow about an hour and fifteen minutes drive time, although you may want to take longer in order to enjoy all the sights.

1 hr and 15 minutes NW of Colorado Springs or 2 1/2 hours SW of Denver International Airport.
Policy:
A deposit of $300 per person is required to hold a reservation. This is refundable up to 60 days in advance of arrival (less 10% handling charge). Less that 60 days in advance, it is refundable (less 10%) only if we can rebook the space.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm on Sunday and checkout by 9:00 am the following Sunday.
We do offer a minimum of a 3 night stay.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
The children’s programs are excellent, offered for ages 3-17.
We do offer assistance in child care for children under 3 yrs. old.
