Cancellation Conditions - Cancellations and changes to the terms of the reservation must be made in writing and have to be re-confirmed by the hotel.
* No cancellation fees until 40 days prior to arrival
* 39 - 20 days prior to arrival 50% of the total sum will be charged
* 19 – 10 days prior to arrival 80% of the total sum will be charged
* From 9 days prior to arrival 100% of the total sum will be charged10 % of the total number of rooms can be cancelled without charge until 10 days prior to arrival. There is the sum of EUR 38 minimum consumption per day and person that will be charged in case of cancellations.

Number Of Persons - The guaranteed number of persons must be forwarded to the hotel until 3 days prior to the event. This number stated will be charged to the master bill.

Special Condition - An early departure fee of 100 percent applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. A no show fee of 100 percent of the stay applies to guest who do not check in for the first night of their reservations. On January 21, 2007 to January 24, 2007, The wellness area including pool, sauna, steam bath will be closed for repair. The fitness area, changing rooms and massage area will be open.
