Turks and Caicos fishing at its best! You can charter a boat to fish for tuna and mackerel or you can bottom fish for red snapper. Hire a native guide and go 'line fishing' island style on Salt Cay.
Best of all, bring back your catch and prepare if for dinner! There is nothing in the world like eating freshly caught fish !
Diving
For you snorkelers and divers- Salt Cay diving has some of the most pristine waters with an unbelievable abundance of marine life. There is a 7000 foot trench, which we call the "Wall" just 100 yards from the shore, where scuba diving is at its best!
Whale Watching
No need to spend hours at sea, tossing about in a small boat, hoping to catch a glimpse of a whale, if you're lucky. Settle back in a comfortable chair on the Whale Watching Deck at Sunset Reef waterfront villa. The Humpbacks will come right by your back door during their annual migration. Passing by Salt Cay during the months of January, February, March and early April, the humpback whales can be seen from the comfort and safety of your deck. This is a sight that most people only dream about.
Bicycling
Bicycles are the way to get about on Salt Cay. The flat terrain makes for easy pedaling and the bike's slower pace helps you ease in to the island lifestyle. You are closer to the natural beauty of the island and more easily able to discover the treasures that make this remote Caribbean island so special.
Golf Carts
For a truly relaxed ride, golf carts are available for rent. More practical than a bike for longer trips or with a heavy picnic lunch or dive gear.
Beach and Swimming
Right at your back door is a white sand beach stretching down to the multi-hued waters of the Caribbean. Stretch out, bask in the tropic sun and enjoy the cooling breeze of the Trade Winds while you think about what to do next on your vacation.

Cancellation:
A deposit of 30% is required to hold a booking. After a written confirmation is sent, a deposit must be made within a period of 10 working days.
A booking will not be firm until the deposit is received. The deposit will be refundable (minus the administration fee of 25%) if cancellation is made 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
The balance of the rental fees will be due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be made on deposits and/or rental fees if cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled arrival date. In the event of a hurricane or airline strike we will honor the rescheduling of your booking at a later date within one year subject to availability of accommodation. There will be no refunds in this case.
There are no refunds of deposits or rental fees for Christmas and New Year bookings, i.e., between December 24 and January 14 in each year.
