We run a hosted villa which means we offer you the opportunity to have a holiday where we take the strain of driving, cooking and cleaning. Leaving you free to relax and enjoy yourself.
We specialize in accommodating from 1 to 14, either individuals or family units or as a group. You may choose to stay with us on a bed and breakfast, half board or full board basis. Water, tea and/or coffee is available at all times while at the villa.
M13859 is situated in 3,000 sq meters of mature garden. A terrace with built in BBQ leads from the lounge and overlooks the solar heated swimming pool with diving board and terrace surround for sunbathing. This then leads to a lower grassed area with palm trees for shade. A small paved orchard with oranges and lemons is adjacent to the full sized tennis court.
Property amenities:
We have 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 twin), 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 bathroom shared between 2 rooms. All hot water is provided by solar power.
Guests can relax in the lounge which has a large stone fireplace and Tosca stone arches or in the glazed Naya with small private bar which looks over the solar heated swimming pool and mature Mediterranean garden.
Alternatively they can use the external amenities which include full size tennis court, 10m x 5m solar-heated swimming pool. Terraces for sunbathing.
We can provide your transport, airport transfer and local daily travel just ask for a quote.
Any special dietry requirements should be notified in advance.

If you wish to leave the villa and its amenities you can choose from a range of activities such as:
Scuba diving, windsurfing, jet ski, snorkelling, sailing, speed boats, sea fishing, cycling, walking, climbing, quad biking, go-karting, horse riding, bird watching, flora and fauna, safari park, art, photography and microlight flying instruction, golf.
All travel to and from these activities can be provided at a small extra charge.
Policy:
20% deposit (non refundable) secures booking - remainder to be paid on arrival.
Normal changeover day is Saturday, however please contact us if you prefer another day.
Smoking is allowed, but not in bedrooms or kitchen please.
Children are very welcome.
No pets please as we have a cocker spaniel who loves to be the center of attention and a cat.
Activities (outside of the villa) and vehicle hire can be arranged on request at additional cost.
