The M13902 is unique because it was designed to be totally integrated to the jungle. The construction and operation of the lodge comply with and respect the limitations of the environment, which is the very reason for the hotel to exist. The lodge was built on solid ground and is supported on stilts. Despite this environmental concern, the M13902 offers excellent facilities for a lodge located in the jungle and has eleven comfortable rooms with veranda, hammock, fan, minibar (optional) and private bath. The restaurant, specialized both in local as in international cuisine, has a dazzling view to the lake. The communion of the lodge with nature is crowned by the constant presence of monkeys, macaws and toucans.

M13902 was designed to be totally integrated to the jungle. The construction and operation of the lodge comply with and respect the limitations of the environment, which is the very reason for the hotel to exist. The lodge was built on solid ground and is supported on stilts. This type of construction is necessary due to the flood season, when the river water level rises up to 20 m (66 feet).

All materials used in the construction are plentiful in the region and were judiciously extracted from the forest. Timber from trees such as the angelim, itaúba, aquariquara, tintarana an jacareúba were used on walls, passage ways and stilts while the leaves of the babaçu tree are uses as roof covering, just like the native houses. This judicious extraction prevents the introduction of elements foreign to the jungle.

Developed to minimize the environmental impact, the structure was designed with the same natural material as the local communities. Seeds, leaves, fibers, lianas, sticks, etc… Besides the rich raw material, the project optimizes natural researchers as light, ventilation and acoustic isolation.

Property amenities:
Despite this environmental concern, the Juma lodge offers excellent facilities for a lodge located in the jungle and has eleven comfortable rooms with veranda, hammock, fan, minibar (optional) and private bath.

M13902 also has special bungalows with view to Juma Lake, which sit among the treetops at 15 meters above the lake, are located in an exclusive area of the lodge, and thus offer total privacy. They were designed to be fully integrated into the surrounding forest, and were built with a respect for the local environment. In these bungalows you, our guest, will be able to feel the real enchantment and mystery of the Amazon.

The restaurant, specialized both in local ad international cuisine, has a dazzling view to the lake. The communion of the lodge with nature is crowned by the constant presence of monkeys, macaws and toucans.
