* Spa Reservations: Advanced booking for spa services is highly recommended to ensure availability. Please book the exact time you have available when making your hotel room reservation. A room number, reservation confirmation number or credit card details are required to secure spa appointments.
* Cancellation Policy: Should you need to reschedule, change or cancel an appointment, a 4 hours notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellations less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of your total services. If you cancel with less than 2 hours notice or no show, the full charge will be applied. Once your room reservation at The Oriental, Bangkok is cancelled, your spa reservation will automatically be cancelled.
