Check-In Time is 14:00hrs and check-out at 12:00hrs. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. Check-out at 18:00hrs will be charged 50% of rate; Check-outs later than that will be charged full rate; subject to 10% service charge.
Reservations And Cancellation Policy - Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Over Festive Season (20 Dec 2006 to 10 Jan 2007) a 50% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations within 60 days, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations within 30 days. No shows and under stays are also subject to 100% cancellation fee. Reservations over Festive Season (20 Dec 2006 to 10 Jan 2007) require prepayment 120 days prior to arrival.
