Safety: Our guest house is located in a residential area. One block is the police station and the fire station. Our neighbourhood is very safe.
In our area there are a lot of ethnic (Spanish, Italian, American etc.) restaurants, there is one that I can recommend that is great on the corner. We are 2 blocks from central park, and 4 blocks from the Museum mile. Also, the subway is one block away that takes you to Central Manhattan in 10 minutes.There are only two owners who are also the innkeepers of this guesthouse. So we take pride in our building and we take care of our guests.
W offer self served breakfast in our breakfast rooms. Special food requests can be made prior to arrivals.
We are located on 101 Street. Which is not far from Central Manhattan which is on 59th street. There is also great shopping on 86th street (within walking distance). Here you can find Gap, Banana Republic, Best Buy etc. On 59th you have the Major malls and brand name stores.
Many guest have walked through our doors with delight and a want to return. We hope to see you sometime soon.

PAYMENT: Payment is accepted in the form of cash. travelers checks or certified checks. (Non refundable after check-in) Full amount is payable at time of check-in. Credit card number is required only to hold the reservation. It will not be charged, unless you do not show up for your reservation. If you do not cancel within the requested time frame you will be charged the first night. PASSPORT or ID is required for check in. All deposits and charges through any booking agency is non transferable and/or refundable.
Cancellation policy: UP to 10 days prior to arrival date of guests prior to arrival or guest will be charged 50% of total amount that was due or a nightly due.
Group Rates :Depending on the number of members 50% of down payment is due in advance in certified check. The balance will be due at check-in Credit card number is taken to guarantee reservation until down payment is made.
ROOMS: Rooms must look exactly as when you checked in - charges will be issued for missing or broken items in rooms. All amenities in apartments vary.
Check in time is after 4pm but before 9pm. All late check-ins must be communicated to so that arrangements can be made to accommodate a late check in.
Check out time is at 12pm without exceptions. Free luggage storage available.
