You’ll enjoy the privacy of one of our six solid and modernized log cabins. Rustic on the outside. Inside they offer all the comforts of home. The historic main lodge, poised on a bluff overlooking the Flathead River’s pristine South Fork, is a warm and wonderful place.
There’s so much to do - fish, ride horses, hike, swim, camp, float the river or just relax. Just ask and we’ll design a special 3 or 5 day get-away-from-it-all vacation or retreat geared specially to suit the needs of everyone in your group.
Property amenities:
Our private cabins provide rustic comfort, modern amenities and dreams so sweet you’ll be sad to see the dawn. The cabins feature authentic Montana "Three Dog Down" beds with plush pillows and down comforters. In the morning, you can wrap up in a soft robe after a hot shower and relax in the rustic comfort of your cabin. Adding to the warmth are wood-burning fireplaces along with daily maid service and other amenities. Spotted Bear is not a five-star resort. It’s more like a million-star resort with the best darn fishing under the sun…and the best darn sleep under the moon.
Outside amid the tall trees, we have a lawn, tables and fire pit - all surrounded by miles and miles of remote wilderness. The activities (all guided) are endless. You can hike, horseback ride, fish, play horseshoes and ponder the stars to your heart’s content.

We are located approximately 2 hours from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). 2-1/2 hours from downtown Whitefish or Kalispell.
Policy:
* Two time recipient of the prestigious "Orvis Endorsed Expedition of the Year."
* Rate Basis - Per person, shared guide, American plan.
* Minimums - Three days and double occupancy in private cabin.
* What’s included? - All guided activities (fishing, horseback riding, hiking, rafting, etc.) meals & lodging.
* What’s not included? - Licenses, equipment rental, gratuities & transportation to and from the lodge.
* Guide Supplement - Single or odd numbered guests, $150/day, if space is available.
* Capacity. Lodge-based Vacations - Up to 18 guests. Wilderness Pack & Float Trips - 6 or 8 guests per trip.
* A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to start of the trip (90 days for Wilderness expeditions).
