Policy:
* Children ages 8-15 are 1/2 price in parents room.
* Over age 16 are regular rate.
* No children under age 8 please.
* Our dive season runs June through November. This is when the water is the warmest and the fish life abundant.
RESERVATION POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 confirms your space. You may make your deposit by check or credit card. You will be sent our trip information package, which contains detailed itinerary, application form, clothing and gear list, and other useful information. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure and can be made by check, money order, or bank wire.
CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be in writing. All monies received are non-refundable 60 days prior to trip departure. Because we cannot offer refunds for any reason we recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance in case you must cancel your trip.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - Upon receiving your deposit you will be sent a trip package. As part of this package you will receive an option to purchase travel insurance. Because we must strictly enforce our Reservation and Cancellation Policy: We strongly urge you to this purchase insurance.
CANCELED TRIPS - Baja Expeditions reserves the right to change an itinerary or cancel any trip due to: Acts of God, weather, equipment failure, undersubscription, or any unforeseen problem. In the event Baja Expedition cancels a trip, clients will be offered either a transfer to another comparable trip, refund of monies received, or credit towards a future trip. Baja Expeditions is not responsible for any other trip preparation expenses i.e. airline tickets or hotel charges.
LIABILITY - A release of liability form must be signed by all participants prior to each trip. Participation will not be allowed on our trips without a signed release of liability form, and there will be no trip fee refund.
