Welcome to the Promise Land Resort on Bull Shoals Lake in the Ozark Mountains! We are a four seasons resort. We have the resort open for business with nine fully furnished cabins and picture window lake view, one cabin with Jacuzzi & Electric Fireplace, Recreation room with fireplace, and Sunroom with ample seating available, lighted Boat Dock with fish cleaning station, electrical plug-ins for charging batteries, and small store.
This a great location for a corporate getaway, or a small business retreat. Promise Land Resort would be perfect for a small church retreat. The peace and quiet is wonderful. Let us set it up for you. We can arrange catered meals, guided fishing trips, float trips on the White River or the Buffalo River, skiing or just playing on the lake.
We take pride in being the new owners of Promise Land Resort. Promise Land Resort was the first resort built in the Promise Land Area of Bull Shoals Lake. The beauty of our gentle sloping grounds and the cleanliness of our accommodations will make your stay most enjoyable and relaxing. Sit and watch the birds, squirrels, chipmunks, fox and deer play on our grounds. And watch for eagles in the Fall!

Whether you are alone, with your family, friends or your long-awaited family reunion, we have a cabin for your accommodations. We have a sleeping capacity of up to 48 guests, if your group is larger than that we will work with neighboring resorts to accommodate you and we have access to a local community center with full kitchen facilities. Cabins sleep from 1 to 12 guests, depending on which one you select.
We offer 3 cabins with 2 bedrooms, two studio cabins , and 3 cabins with one bedroom. An all open Honeymoon/Anniversay cabin with a 2 person heated Jacuzzi and Electric Fireplace. All cabins are newly remodeled and furnished, including new 19" color TV’s, and DVD players, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, new appliances, complete kitchen utensils, etc. All cabins have picnic tables, BBQ Grills and have heat and air conditioning and outside plug-ins if you need to charge your trolling motor batteries. All you need to bring is your beach towels and food. We now offer WiFi wireless internet access.
Nearby attractions and activities:
Bull Shoals Lake is a fisherman’s dream in all 4 seasons, with some of the finest largemouth, small mouth and Kentucky Bass fishing in the country. There’s also white bass, blue gill, walleye, crappie, carp, trout and catfish just waiting for you.
BOATING: Bull Shoals Lake has about 44,000 acres of water, stretches over 100 miles and reaches depths of close to 300 feet.
SCUBA DIVING: Crystal clear waters are ideal for scuba diving. Tanks can be filled at Bull Shoals Boat dock, a complete dive shop less than a mile away from Promise Land Resort by water. We are located just across from the towering limestone bluffs that are a favorite diving area for many.
NATURE STUDY: Observe small game, deer, birds and even bald eagles (November to March) around the lake. Squirrels and chipmunks play in our own yard.
WATER SKIING: This area of the lake is known for barefoot water skiing. The lake is seldom crowded.
HUNTING: You can find deer and wild turkey in season.
FISHING: Good bass fishing available year ’round, excellent night fishing.

Policy:
A $100 deposit per cabin is required to hold a cabin for a stay of 2 nights or more. If no deposit is received within 10 days after a reservation is made, the reservation will be canceled. Once we reserve a cabin, it is removed from the market. Balance on all days reserved is due upon arrival. No refunds for early departures. No Shows will be charged full amount for days reserved.
