River fishing just steps away from your cabin or just upstream at the Upper Florida above Lemon Lake, the Animas River, the San Juan River and the Piedre River. Hunting in nearby forest meadows. Relax lying under a tall pine tree or in the comfort of your own covered porch or deck with your eyes closed, the sound of the river in your ears. All your cares melt away with nothing to do but relax and enjoy yourself.

* Minimum of 3 nights required during peak season, with the exception of 1 or 2 day openings between already booked dates.
* Deposits of 1/2 total are due 1 week from booking date.
* Balance of reservation due 30 days prior to stay.
* Deposits are forfeited if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to stay.
* All cancellations are subject to $50 per cabin cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to stay will be subject to loss of full payment.
* Children allowed.
* Some cabins can accommodate 1 extra quest at $10 per day per guest.
