1. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with full payment due 7 days prior to guest/s arriving.
2. Bookings cancelled or amended 45 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation.
3. Bookings cancelled or amended 29 to 15 days to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total accommodation.
4. Bookings cancelled or amended 14 to 0 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total accommodation.
Children are welcome; however children on game drives is on the Rangers discretion. A private vechile and ranger for families is available. This needs to be booked before arrival.

This includes welcome drinks on arrival, chocolates, sparkling wine, flowers, in the Honeymoon suite on arrival. Romantic dinner for 2. All game activates. From R1950 per person per night sharing.
Kiddies Packages: Children (under 12 years) pay 50 % of the adult rate. A special programmed has been created to keep the children occupied during the day. They have great fun, and also learn about Africa's wildlife and conservation. Some activates offered are baking, art, tracking, animal and insect identification, special kiddies meals are also offered. Baby sitting is also available.
