Reservation And Payment Procedure
1. Reservation (All these information are vital for entry permit applications)
2. Reservation must be made at least one week before arrival with the following information:
* Name as per passport, Passport Number, Nationality, Gender and body weight
* ETA & ETD with flight numbers and Hotel accommodation in Kota Kinabalu
* Date of travel
3. Payment
* 30% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation, balance payment 1 month before arrival
* Payments are non transferable
* Payment can be made via telegraphic transfer
* All banks charges to be borne by sender
4. Cancellation
* Full cancellation charge for cancellation made less than 72 hours.
* 50% cancellation charge for cancellation made two weeks before arrival.
* 30% cancellation charge for cancellation made three weeks before arrival.
* Non-utilised services are non refundable.
* Layang Layang is not liable for any and all non-utilisation of services due to acts of God or Force Majeure.
