We are truly in the Wilderness of BC, 70 kilometers from the nearest hiway, yet it is easy to get here. We pick you up in Vancouver and fly you in to the lodge the same day of your arrival in Vancouver. The lodge and cabins are handcrafted from local timber, log cabin style in the tradition of frontier days in BC, but with all the necessary comforts. Our dining room has views of Moose Lake and distant mountain ranges. You may choose to relax at the lodge and watch our resident eagles flying their catch to the nests near the lakeshore, or if you want adventure, our friendly and knowledgable guides will will assist you with with rafting and fishing wilderness rivers, horseback rides, hiking, wildlife viewing and photography, floatplane fly outs, canoeing, glacier tours, and helicopter flights. Spring and Fall guided hunts for Black Bear and Moose are available.
Property amenities:
Our Moose Lake facility consists of a comfortable lodge and eight guest cabins, an airstrip conveniently located near the lodge for commercial and private aircraft access. A dock for boats and our two floatplanes is nearby. We have an outpost cabin in Entiako Park which affords the opportunity to fish the Entiako River and lake for Wild native Rainbows, while enjoying nature in seclusion. This is the only cabin on the lake. From the lodge at Moose Lake we offer floatplane fly outs to many rivers for exciting dry fly fishing rainbow fishing, salmon fishing, and steelhead fishing. At the mouth of the Dean River, we have a full service lodge similar to the facility at Moose Lake, with three cabins sleeping two persons each. The lodge has a dining and sitting room with spectacular views of glacial capped mountains rising 8,000 feet from the water, and a waterfall right in the backyard. The Dean River is considered by many to be the best Summer run steelhead fishing in North America. We offer fly outs to float secluded rivers and fish for steelhead and all five species of Pacific salmon. We often float these rivers, always catching lots of salmon.
