We invite you to spend your Dresden visit in the neo-renaissance villa, built in 1893 for the famous singer at the Semper Opera Dresden Therese Malten. There are available 5 newly renovated guest rooms and a holiday apartment with attached bathrooms and a guest kitchen. We will be happy to serve you a rich breakfast in the mornings of your holidays and organise an individual guided tour on demand, for enabling you to get to know Dresden from its best side. Or you let yourself float on a steamboat of the oldest paddle steamer fleet on the River Elbe. You can reach the town centre in half an hour via tram. You can spend the night of an eventful day on the balcony or in the big garden, where you can enjoy the views of the river Elbe and the Pillnitz castle. During the cold seasons you can let the day fade away in front of the fireplace.

The fireplace room, a comfortable guest kitchen, the balcony and the large garden are also on our visitor’s disposal. The kitchen is completely equipped and offers room for 12 people. 2 high chairs for children are available. On demand we serve a rich breakfast. Other meals on request. There are also two restaurants, with a view of the Elbe, near to our house (120 - 200 m walking distance)Outdoor swimming-pool, horse ranch and restaurants are in the close surrounding. However, you should also enjoy the silence and the sweet idleness in our garden.
Nearby attractions and activities:
Dresden is known for its sights, its cultural offers and the attraction of the area. The Therese-Malten-Villa is located in Dresden-Kleinzschachwitz. From the house and the garden you have a wonderful view to the river Elbe and castle Pillnitz at the other side of the river Elbe. Via tram you can reach the town centre in half an hour. The bicycle path that proceeds next to the house, invites you to an excursion to Meißen, Pirna and into the Saxon Switzerland.

The Therese-Malten-Villa is located in Dresden-Kleinzschachwitz. Via tram you can reach the town centre in half an hour. Likewise good access to the motorways, the station and the airport.
Policy:
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. Please use the room for the smokers or the balcony. Pets are permitted.
Children are welcome. Our 8 year old daughter loves to have play companions. The children can play in the huge yard, and there is also a playground near the house. In case of sickness the landlord, a pediatrician, will also be able to help you.
Free parking spots are available on the property. At request there is a garage and a bicycle rental.
In case of booking you agree with the following fees in case of cancellation: 10% of the price for overnight stays until 46 days before the arranged date of arrival, 25% of the price for overnight stays from 45 days before the arranged date of arrival, 50 % of the price for overnight stays from 30 days before the arranged date of arrival, 75 % from 7 days before the arranged date of arrival. We recommend to effect a travel cancellation insurance.
May we ask you to pay 50 % of the room price or more by bank transfer within 5 days after our confirmation and the other part at your arrival? Please take note that we can not accept any cheque or a credit card. Please let us know if you wish to pay by Paypal (additional charge of 5 % for you).

each additional person 22 EUR (13,75 EUR per child).
Rich breakfast is available for 9 EUR per person and day (per child 6 EUR). But our guest can make breakfast and other meals also for themself at the fully equiped kitchen.
The room price includs using of the kitchen, the room with the fireplace, the balcony and the garden. Free parking is available, garage for 6 EUR per day.
