Responsible tourism is key to the lodge’s philosophy, with a resident conservationist, on-site conservation center and an active community development programme.

-enjoy panoramic views of the reserve overlooking a baobab-studded plain from our ‘star deck’ atop one of the sandstone kopjes
-sit by the banks of the Limpopo to soak up the atmosphere and spot passing wildlife
-spend time chatting with our resident conservationist, Tanja, about our conservation and community projects or your particular areas of interest
-tour our conservation center with interesting displays on the area’s birds, mammals, reptiles, insects, geology, vegetation and astronomy
