Pine Apple Lodge is located in Wilcox County, Alabama, an area famous for it deer hunting. Our property is all owned or leased private property and has been managed for quality deer hunting for over fifteen years. This region of Alabama has one of the highest populations of deer in the Southeastern United States with over 30 deer per square mile.
We have one of the longest deer seasons in the country, beginning with bow season in mid-October and gun season beginning November 19th and ending January 31st. Hunting will take place from shooting houses and ladder stands, over food plots and fields of planted wheat, oats, rye grass, and clover; as well as strategic locations along creeks, scrape lines, and trails.
Spring gobbler hunts begin on March 15th and last until April 30th. We take limited numbers of turkey hunters each year so that you will have a chance at undisturbed birds. We have lots of open, old-growth timber, interspersed with pastures and food plots that offer some of the best habitat and hunting conditions available.
