Fish one of the most exciting salt water estuaries in the world. Griffin Fishing charters specializes in catching red fish and speckled trout. We have up to 10 boats available daily. Transportation is available for from 2 to 50 people. As part of our continuing effort to create a quality fishing experience, we have built a private facility for our customers and guest. Our over night accommodations include one and two bed room apartments that are fully furnished, with all the comforts of home. In our new "Cajun Cook House" you'll smell all the rich spices and flavors that have made Louisiana cooking famous. It's a great place to gather and talk about that BIG one that got away!
Groups from 1 to 50 are welcome and we can customize a trip to meet your specifications. From weekend getaways to corporate outings and even bachelor parties, we'll make sure you "pass a good time"! Our camp is private and not open to the public, so you and your guest are guaranteed a relaxing, peaceful time on the bayou. You'll come on down and "pass a good time" with us!
Property amenities:
We offer 1 and 2 bedroom furnished apartments, with 4 to 6 beds in each one. Every apartment has a full kitchen, coffee pot, cable TV, towels, linens and cookware. While we don't pretend to be a 4 star hotel, we do offer clean comfortable accommodations that are only a few steps from the water. We also have a large covered dock for you to relax and fish on. Our camp is private and not open to the general public to assure you and your guests a quality experience.
We offer shore lunches daily for our guests. It's a great way to end your day of fishing by eating your fresh catch cooked the Cajun way. Shore lunches include, fried fish, French fries, salad, French bread and dessert for $12.00 per person.
Welcome dinners of Cajun jambalaya, salad, French bread and dessert are available, as well as seafood buffets that include fried fish, fried shrimp, fried oysters, baked red fish, crawfish etoufee', cajun boiled corn and potatoes, salad and dessert. These meals are only available with our complete fishing packages.

Play golf at the Robert Trent Jones designed Timberlane Country Club located 15 minutes from the French Quarter. Tree lined fairways make this course look tight on some holes but the fairways are wide and the greens large. A challenging track throughout. Typical of Robert Trent Jones designed courses are length with well-guarded greens. Included is transportation from hotel to course and return, golf, shared cart, range balls, box lunch w/beverage, tax.

You will spend a full day with an experienced fishing Captain and catch Speckled Trout and Redfish.

One price includes EVERYTHING that you need for a fun day of fishing. We include out of state fishing license, rods, reels, bait, tackle, ice, New Orleans style Po-boys, soft drinks, water and we also clean and pack your fish for you to take home.
