Our attractive log lodge is a true wilderness retreat on the mountainous and densely forested Afognak Island of the Kodiak Islands Area. It is ideal for those who want the freedom of wilderness hunting by day, yet the comforts of home by night.

Three husky hand-hewn log guest-cabins are very comfortably furnished. Each cushy guest-cabin has an ample living-room, 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Property amenities:
Queen & twin-size bed. Bathroom with hot running water and constant electricity - sure beats a leaky tent. Meat-poles, butchering equipment, freezers, salt and the required air-shipping containers. Sauna.

Fast, comfortable cabin-cruisers, with accompanying smaller boats, are perfect for our Kodiak Islands. We can also provide firearms, at no charge. Reliable high-tech phone & internet services plus satellite -TV and VCR are also available for guest use.

50% of Lodge fees plus 100% of the additional costs are due within 15 days after reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund is given if cancellation is made 90 days prior to Deer, Elk and Duck hunts and 6 months prior to Bear Hunts. Otherwise, deposit is forfeited.
Travel Insurance is reasonable, highly recommended & available through our website.

Guided Deer hunts include all first-class accommodations, meals & all-day guiding from a cabin-cruiser.

Duck Hunt season is from October 8 - January 22

10-Day Guided Bear Hunt $12,000
Hunting dates are:
Spring Fall:
April 6 – 15 October 25 – November 3
April 16 – 25 November 4 – 13
April 26 - May 5
May 6 – 15

6 Day Guided Roosevelt Elk: $4,000

Trophy fee $2,500
The season is between September 25 to November 30, with one Elk per hunter. Six days are recommended but length of hunts are often customized.

Duck Hunt $350 per day
The season is from October 8 - January 22
