M11449 is a unique permanent camp situated in Admiralty Gulf in the remote far north Kimberley region of Western Australia. The camp is the ultimate retreat from the hectic lifestyle of city living. M11449 accommodates only 12 guests at a time. Your private double or twin-share room is open to the magnificent views and the breezes, but protected with flyscreens. Unlike many other "camps" we have 24 hour power, reading lamps and ceiling fans in all rooms. Our in-house chef will take all your likes and dislikes in to account when planning meals. The swimming pool is guaranteed croc-free, and our boats are crewed by qualified and experienced skippers.

M11449 is an exhilarating 15 minute helicopter ride from the spectacular Mitchell Falls on the Mitchell Plateau which is famous for its unique flora and fauna. The coastline, uninhabited for 200 km in either direction is rich in beauty and history - both Aboriginal and European.
Location:
We are perched on the far north coast of Western Australia, about 600 km from Kununurra, the nearest town. If you can find Mitchell Plateau or Admiratly Gulf on a map then you're getting close.
Policy:
Prices: $AU695 per person per 24 hours. Price includes accommodation, all meals and fully guided fishing, boat trips, rock art tours, walking,exploring and many other activities.
We also offer packages including light aircraft transfers from Kununurra, Broome or Darwin to the Mitchell Plateau, followed by helicopter flights out to the beach at M11449. Contact us for more details.
All prices quoted are per person, are in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change without notice. M11449 reserves the right to add 3% to payments made by credit card.
Bookings:
A 30% deposit must be paid within 7 days to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation:
·31 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less $300 per person administration fee.
·15 – 30 days prior to arrival: 30% penalty
·14 days or less prior to arrival: no refund.
Fitness:
M11449 operates in remote and rugged locations. Guests must be in good health and have a reasonable degree of fitness.
Liability:
Although all precautions will be taken, M11449 will accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay, cancellation or alteration of any service due to circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance including a cancellation policy.
