We have negotiated an extremely good deal, where guests at Tropicana Villa can become temporary members during their stay, and have full use of all the facilities which include : squash(2 glass backed courts), badminton(3 courts), sailing(including tuition), tennis, table tennis, state of the art gymnasium, snooker, sauna, whirlpool and large swimming pool. Golfers will feel they have arrived in golfing paradise as the courses are stunningly good, the club houses are palatial and offer a standard of facilities undreamed of elsewhere, caddies are provided at all courses and green fees are surprisingly low.

Notes: Tropicana Villa is one of a group of villas facing on to a beautifully designed large pool with a shallow sloping children’s pool at one end. The lush landscaped tropical gardens contain palms, coconut, banana, and large poplar type trees which are home to many kinds of birds and other wildlife. Gentle breezes are always present, coming from the nearby Gulf of Thailand, which means the temperature is always pleasant. Although the traffic links are excellent to and from Tropicana Villa the area is very peaceful with no traffic noise. The only noise you are likely to hear is the rustling of the leaves on the trees with the sea breeze from the coast. On the ground floor the lounge/dining area is L shaped open plan with cool marble floors, the lounge area is sunken with patio doors opening on to a terrace and the tropical gardens. Both the lounge and dining room are air conditioned.
The garden opens on to the large swimming pool which is subtly lit in the evening and is the ideal spot for al fresco dining, barbecues or a pool party. All the furnishings are new and of a very high standard. The ground floor also comprises guests WC and fully fitted European style kitchen. The first floor comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. There are a further two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and one shower room with WC. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have cool parquet wooden floors. Tropicana Villa will particularly appeal to visitors who are looking for a quiet location but somewhere not too far away from the facilities of a resort which can be dipped into when the mood takes you. There are also over twenty fabulous golf courses, all within a thirty minute drive of Tropicana Villa, which makes it the ideal location for a relaxing golf holiday.
Nearby attractions and activities:
During your stay we can arrange boat/diving/sailing trips from nearby Pattaya. If you are interested in golf the area is blessed with dozens of the best courses you will come across anywhere. We can arrange tee times and give detailed advice to ensure you have the most wonderful experience. We can even provide the odd player to make up a two or four ball if needed! During your stay the maid will provide service twice a week, however, a full maid service can be arranged with advance notice.
We can also arrange babysitting with advance notice. To get the best from your visit to this fascinating area we would recommend a hire car during your stay, if you let us know your requirements we can make all the arrangements. There are excellent Thai and European restaurants nearby as well as shops (Tesco are 15 minutes drive away). The resort city of Pattaya has a wonderful variety of restaurants and all of the leisure facilities you could wish for and is only an easy forty minute drive away. Central Bangkok is also forty minutes drive from Tropicana Villa and with its fine hotels, cultural traditions, bustling street/floating markets and wonderful Buddhist temples it is the one of the most intriguing cities in the world.

We include your transfers both ways from Bangkok International Airport. To add an extra dimension we recommend hiring a car during your stay, (driving is on the left), if you wish we would be delighted to arrange this for you.
We only require a 25% deposit on booking. The balance can be paid to our UK bank one month before travelling, or alternatively, in local currency on arrival in Thailand.
