Cottages one and two each has a king bedroom with ensuite (one with bath), large sitting/dining room, kitchen galley and balcony. Cottage three has 2 king bedrooms, bathroom, large sitting/dining room, kitchen and balcony.
All are beautifully appointed including bedroom and bathroom underfloor heating, heated towel rails, centrally heated sitting room, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, TV, CD player, books, fresh fruit and flowers, homebaking and complimentary Nelson wine when staying 2 nights or more.
Gourmet hamper breakfast provided. Breakfast menu includes seasonal fruit, cereals, homemade breads, croissants, crepes or waffles and conserves, full English breakfast, free range eggs, smoked salmon, cheeses etc. Outdoor dining and BBQ garden. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the birdlife from the balconies or jetty.
Stroll or row in the dingy around the pond to see if the herons and shags have left us any goldfish! Or walk through the native and eucalyptus woods complete with fantails, grey warblers and bellbirds, in our 35 acres of farmland.

The third cottage has two king/twin bedrooms, bathroom, sitting / dining / kitchen, balcony - wheelchair access. All are very well appointed with underfloor bedroom and bathroom heating, heated towel rails, central heating, TV, internet connector, CD player and CD's, books, plunger coffee, teas, homebaking, port, chocolates, fresh fruit and flowers. Off street parking, barbacues available.

Abel Tasman National Park, Kahurangi National Park, beaches, walks, Golden Bay, 3 golf courses, trout rivers, antique shops, art and craft trails, wineries, horse riding, sea fishing, kyaking, cinemas, restaurants, scenic flights. Nelson city 30mins drive, Motueka 10 mins drive.
Policy:
In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies: from 1 December to 31 March 25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking in cancelled under 72 hours. 100% charge should a cancellation be received with 24 hrs of arrival. The remainder of the year, one night's room rates if cancelled under 24 hours. Check-in time 2.pm check-out 10.am. No smoking policy. Children welcome.
