Our clasic spa menu is flavorful and nutritious, beautiful and light, but happily, starvation is not our philosophy. In addition to our classic spa packages, we also offer customized 3, 7, 10, 14, 21 & 30 day stays for accelerated weight loss, detoxifying diets, juice fasting and raw food therapy. These are more specific, result-oriented than our classic packages.

The spa is comprised of seven treatment rooms, including an oudoor cabana for riverside massages and a water therapy suite with a Vichy shower, hydrotherapy tub and Scotch hose. Facilities include a 60 foot indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, fitness center with a fifteen station Sprint weight circuit, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment, a sunlit yoga/exercise studio, volleyball field, fitness trail, deco turf tennis court, fly fishing on the Esopus Creek and walking/cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails on our 40 acre private island — all surrounded by miles of forever wild parkland.
The meals are elegant, light and multi-coursed. Guests dine on fresh, nutritious, elegantly prepared dishes. The focus is on farm fresh, organic vegetables & fruits when available, high protein sprouts,fresh seafood and poultry, seeds, nuts, legumes & whole grains all healthy and exquisitely prepared. Please let us know about any specialty diet requests that you may have such as raw food, vegan, dairy free, sugar free, wheat free, gluten or yeast free, vinegar free, egg, soy, corn or peanut free, low sodium diet etc.
The meals are served at private tables on linen, lace and fine bone china in fireside dining room overlooking Esopus River or al fresco, on the dining verandah. Extensive list of wines, beers and teas is available to highlight dinning pleasure.
The luxurious and charming accommodations range from grand suites with balconies, separate living rooms with spectacular views to comfortable bedrooms equipped with modern conveniences such as telephone, cable flat panel tv, broadband internet, hair dryer and plush terry robes.

* Check in time is 3.00 p.m. or later. The first meal of your stay is dinner on the day of arrival, unless you make special arrangements at the time of your booking.
* A deposit of 50% of your total balance is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with personal checks and/or cash. We do not accept out of state checks. A $45.00 non-refundable processing fee (per package) is charged on all changes or cancellations. All cancellations must be in writing (via email or fax). If notice of more than fourteen days is given, the balance of your deposit will be refunded, less the processing fee. If you cancel your reservation for any reason (including emergencies) less than fourteen days prior to your arrival, we will not issue a refund of your deposit, but we will maintain a credit on your account for one full year in the amount of the deposit, less the processing fee. Additional cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
* Full payment is required upon check in. Guests are responsible for vacancies created by late cancellations and premature checkouts. We require twenty-four (24) hours notice to change or cancel appointments for spa services; otherwise we must charge the regular rate for the time booked. We offer a wide variety of health promoting treatments and services, but they require advanced scheduling. We encourage you to call to make appointments at least two weeks prior to your arrival to assure availability of services.
