Begin your day with a consultation in order to create an individual program based on your specific needs. We will provide you with an exercise routine in our modern gym or an aquatic workout in one of our three heated pools, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. After your workout routine, we will begin your treatments perhaps starting with a steam bath or sauna, followed by a high pressure cold shower. From here you will be given an exfoliating body scrub with natural products such as oatmeal, apricot, honey and salt, in order to eliminate dead skin cells and nourish your skin...
Concluding your Spa sessions, we complete your day with a visit to our full service hair and nail salon where we will apply the finishing touches with a hair style, color or cut. We may suggest other services such as manicure, pedicure, waxing or beauty treatment for hands and feet, to mention just a few. Pyramids of Tepoztlan - A charming and mystical town, considered one of the five most important energy centers on earth, as well as a sacred place by its ancestral inhabitants. The Tepozteco Mountain is home to a pyramid located at approximately 3000 feet from the base of the mountain. A brisk one hour hike up the mountainside trail avails visitors a breathtaking view of the valley from atop the pyramid and a feeling of what the ancient inhabitants experienced in earlier times. On the return trip, you can browse the colorful flea market set up along the main street, where you will find natural herbal remedies, curative quartz crystals, essential oils, as well as local artesan's crafts and goods. If time still permits you can have your palm, tea leaves, coffee or tarrot cards read to round out an invigorating and mystical day.
Natural River Las Estacas - Truly one of the most beautiful bathing spots in Mexico, Las Estacas is an aquatic paradise with its natural spring creating a winding, crystal clear river lined with hundreds of royal palms and filled with a variety of multicolored fish and fanciful aquatic vegetation. Many movies such as "Tarzan" have been filmed here. This is an excellent place to swim down the peaceful 5 mile long river, or simply float on an inflatable raft while meditating on all the beauty that surrounds you. If you like, you can also rent scuba equipment and dive the lagoon, or ride a horse through the picturesque countryside.
Archeological Site of Xochicalco - Built in 600 A.D. on the plateau of a hill which divided the prairie between two valleys, Xochicalco, which signifies "In the House of Flowers" in the Nahuatl language, boasts twelve principal structures and pyramids which have been explored and reconstructed. From April 30 through August 15 you can have the opportunity to view the trajectory of the sunlight as it enters through the opening of the ancient observatory and casts a hexagonal form on the interior of the building, creating a magical movement of time and space. If you are lucky, you may be able to observe archeologists at work uncovering and restoring newly found sites and treasures.
