Property amenities:
All cabaņas are romantically candlelit in the evenings, as there is no electricity on the beach of Tulum. We have two cabanas with sea views, one double bed, and a sand floor. All bathroom facilities (toilet, sink, and shower) are separate from the cabaņas, in a common bathroom near the reception. All cabaņas are equipped with mosquito nets for your comfort during the rainy season. These cabaņas are ideal for two people.
There are four common bathrooms with toilets and sinks, and four showers with hot water 24 hours a day, located near reception. Only two cabaņas share these shower facilities, and the four toilets are open to all guests. Returning guests will remember them as Cabanas 5 and 6. Rate is per cabaņa, based on maximum 2 guests.
We offer an extensive holistic spa and healing program, and we have a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A beach bar is open from noon to sundown for drinks and meal orders for seaside dining.
Nearby attractions and activities:
- Cabaņas Copal is an excellent place to just relax or to fill your visit with activities. The Tulum archaeological site is within walking distance from Copal, and make a beautiful walk along the beach to the north.
- Scuba gear and snorkeling equipment is also available for rent here at Copal, in case you do not have or do not bring your own gear.
- One of the most popular activities that are specific to this area is cave and cavern diving in the various cenotes (natural freshwater pools) of the region.
- We also recommend swimming straight off the coast at Copal to see the coral reef. The beaches in front of Copal are wide and beautiful, and are a great place to relax in the sun during the day or at night to walk along and enjoy the clear skies and starry nights of Tulum. Far away from city lights, the night skies are filled with bright stars.
- Our spa activities include a temazcal, a traditional Mexican sweat lodge where you can steam your impurities away!

Policy:
- Once reservations are placed and the deposit is received, cancellations are not accepted.
- Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is at 12:00 noon.
- There is no minimum stay, except during the holiday season, when there is a seven night minimum stay.
- Smoking is allowed in all cabaņas, which are airy and fresh.
- Pets are not allowd.
- Children are allowed in all cabaņas except for the casita.
