Guests sleep inside one of our simple, yet chic, thatched-roofed cabanas that look as if they could have sprung naturally from the earth. Each cabana comes with a sitting area for relaxing, tiled bathroom with an open shower area, and a generous supply of fresh bottled water. M12276 offers a choice of 3 types of rooms: garden, ocean-view, or beachfront:

- Beachfront Rooms: Our best cabanas! Each cabana sits right on the sandy beach with spectacular and crystal clear views of the Caribbean Sea.
- Ocean-View Rooms: Cabanas are located in the garden area with beautiful views of the ocean. There are breezes in these cabanas, like the sky itself is touching you.
- Garden Rooms: Cabanas are located in the garden area with windows that open to allow the sweet, deep scent of the tropical gardens to come in.

* Maya Tulum Cuisine

We celebrate each meal in an exquisite huge round cabana built with marble floors and white limestone walls. Through its windows you have a fantastic view of the coastline with the turquoise Caribbean Sea embracing the white sand. The restaurant serves vegetarian and fresh seafood fare. Anytime of the day you may order your favorite drink or smoothie from the bar. If you have any particular dietary requirements, we shall do our best to help you. Special care is taken in the preparation and cleaning of all fruits and vegetables to ensure the good health of our guests.

* Mayatulum Beach

We are located on the Riviera Maya. Right there, between the pristine blue ocean and the emerald green tropical forests and jungles, is nature in all of its splendor. Think of paradise in these terms: laying in a hammock under the shade of a palm tree, facing beautiful white beaches, sipping a cool drink, and enjoying the warm but refreshing breeze caressing your skin.

The Riviera Maya offers endless possibilities to choose from: tranquil sea coves and bays to rougher more open ocean; transparent lagoons and mysterious water springs with landmarks and vestiges of a culture thousands of years old; or the world´s second longest reef which stretches from Quintana Roo to Honduras. Also there are a variety of beach and water sports to choose from, with places offering all the infrastructure and services you need. Or you could take full advantage of your get away and simply relax on the beach to the ever-present rhythm of the waves.

M12276 is an excellent location for activities such as snorkelling, swimming, and exploring. Our reef is an invitation to discover an underwater paradise of colored fish, coral, and other marine life. We also offer a wide variety of tours that are suitable for everyone. Our tours range from snorkelling all the way to catamaran sailing.

M12276 is located 1 1/2 hours south of Cancun, Mexico in Tulum, Mexico.

* We require a one nights deposit on a credit card.

* Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 14 days prior to your visit. For cancellations within 14 days of your reservations, the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee.

- Accommodations For Seven Nights: M12276 is a small and private beachfront resort with 44 cabañas that are designed for your comfort and convenience with beautiful views of the sea and the jungle. We offer two different views with this package (ocean view and beachfront), both are designed to reflect the traditional Mayan style, which are built with thatch roofs, stone or tile floors, and are made with limestone walls.

- Three Healthy Meals Each Day For Seven Days per person: The restaurant is an exquisite huge cabana built with marble floors and white limestone walls. Through its windows you have a fantastic view of the coastline with the turquoise Caribbean Sea embracing the white sand. The restaurant is basically vegetarian and also serves fresh seafood. Bar drinks, smoothies and specailty drinks are not included in the package.

- 2 Spa and 2 Half Day Tours: We offer a wide variety of massages, body treatments and facials. This package allows you to pick your spa treatments from the following list: Swedish, Joyful Feet, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Facial, Holistic, Deep Tissue ($10 additonal) or Temezcal (Maya Sweat Lodge). We also offer a variety of tours. This package allows you to pick any of the following tours per person: Aktun Chen with Cenote Xunaan Ha, Tulum Reef Snorkeling and Coba Ruins.
