Detox International was founded by nutritionist and healer Midi Fair grieve to create a true healing space where you can feel safe to detox on all levels.
Our retreats include of a 7 day juice fasting and colon cleansing program, combined with supportive nutrients and herbs, plus natural therapies to help you achieve complete mind/ body/ spirit healing. The retreats are held in beautiful locations in Spain, Portugal and Ireland throughout the year.
We have developed our detox using the wisdom of the ancients, combined with the latest nutritional breakthroughs to create what we believe to be one of the most thorough and powerful natural healing processes. One of our key aims it to help you to tune inwards, to get in touch with you core self, helping to heal both the body and the mind.
We have many years of experience and offer a genuinely holistic program. We are on hand to guide and support you throughout your detox journey and help you to take control of your own future health. During the detox week we will be closely observing how you are progressing and tailoring the detox to your individual needs. Our aim is to make the experience as holistic as possible for everyone.
