The Buddha House has been designed for maximum peace and tranquility. The accommodation is either in private wooden chalets or in the main house. Yoga takes place either outside on the terrace over looking the infinity pool or inside one of the houses stylish rooms.
We offer week-long Fasting Programs or 4 night mini Detox Breaks. Each program consists of a versatile program of exercise and relaxation, such as beautiful country walks, yoga, and massage. There is no solid intake, 'meals' are fresh organic broths and fruit juices. Colonies also form part of the detoxification process.
Fasting is considered to be one of the best ways to regain physical and mental balance - an excellent method of rejuvenation. The physical benefits include stimulation of the digestive system and strengthening of the immune system and increased energy and vitality from the elimination of toxins. You also look amazing and will lose any excess weight.

Evening - Lectures on the subject of health or a good film, relaxation.

Further bathrooms, individually designed double and single rooms, as well as wooden houses and extra apartments are at your disposal. The impressive plant and animal world of the Balearic Islands characterizes the ambiance.
The buildings, the pool and the pond are all embedded in the rocks and allow space for tranquility and a direct experience of nature: colors, the scent of flowers and the songs of birds.
