The Lazy J Lodge is a 10 single bed, completely furnished farmhouse 10 minutes from the Missouri River and The Fort Randall Randall Casino(owned by The Yankton Sioux Tribe). Located on 3 miles west of WAGNER in southeastern South Dakota, The LAZY J is less than 2 hours from Sioux City, Iowa. We are only 8 minutes from some of the best Missouri River walleye fishing at Lake Francis Case (Fort Randall Dam) Pickstown SD. Or if you want to shoot SD pheasants, Charles Mix county is the place to be. Good farm ground, super habitat, pheasant friendly farmers, and an active Pheasants Forever all add up to South Dakota pheasant hunting at its best.

We are 3 minutes west of Wagner right along Hwy 46. The Lazy J is also 5 minutes east of The Fort Randall Casino and the mile wide Missouri River. You will have exclusive use of our 10 bed furnished farmhouse and hunt over 4 square miles of pheasant friendly land. The pheasants, like our beef are corn-fed in eastern South Dakota.

COMPLETE PHEASANT HUNTING PACKAGE:
PLAN A: $200.00 a day per gun, including private lodging, 4 gun/3 day minimum (3 guns or less $225.00 per day). You will be hunting pheasants over The Powers Family 2500 acres of genuine South Dakota pheasant country DBA Dakota Plains Hunting Service.
Your SD pheasant hunt includes: a guide/dog, exclusive private lodging, field transportation, sack lunch, bird cleaning and freezing. You are responsible for a SD license.
PLAN B: Hunt elsewhere and rent our private farm house $200.00 rents main floor: 5 beds/ complete kitchen/etc. $300.00 includes upstairs: 5 more beds/ 2nd bath/2nd TV. Amities: private un-hosted farmhouse (3 min. to Wagner), kennels, skeet, freezer, cleaning facilities, Direct TV, fireplace, deck, grill, etc. Homestyle lodging at motel prices.
