* The 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due at time of booking by either mailing a personal check to our bank in Miami or paying online by credit card , using our secure server .
* A 5% handling fee will be added to the total if paid by credit card; the remaining 50% will be due 15 days prior to arrival.
* All cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus 50.00 $ per person cancellation fee.
* All cancellation made 30-15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
* Reservation made 14-0 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.
