Welcome to Our Lodge, situated in the grounds of Ballathie House Hotel, in the privately owned Ballathie Estate, Perthshire. Our Lodge provides purpose built accommodation for fisherman, golfers and families seeking affordable, quality accommodation in Perthshire.
Less than 100 yards from Ballathie House Hotel, Our Lodge offers 11 comfortable self-contained rooms for single or double/twin accommodation plus a wealth of facilities with the sportsman in mind. Facilities include drying room, rod room, secure gun cabinets, bait fridge and freezers.
Our riverside location is perfect for a fishing break in Perthshire. With an abundance of excellent sporting estates nearby, our Lodge makes the ideal base for shooting, stalking, golfing, hunting and fishing in Scotland or simply enjoying the races at nearby Scone Palace.

Our Lodge is a new facility, re-built in 2003 and graded by the Scottish Tourist Board as 3 Star lodge accommodations. There are 11 rooms in total with double or twin bedroom and en suite bathroom. In addition there also is one suite consisting of a double bedroom, sitting/dining room with extra beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
All rooms are self contained with ensuite facilities. They are also equipped with freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones. The lodges are fully serviced. Meals & bar facilities are provided in the hotel.

The Scottish Highlands and Perthshire offer some of the finest salmon fishing and scenery in Scotland. Tay salmon fishing is renowned the world over and Ballathie's riverside location is ideal for a fishing break in the Scottish Highlands. Ballathie is situated on the banks of the glorious River Tay near the tributary rivers Isla, Ericht and Almond. Major lochs and fisheries are also close by, providing good stillwater fishing opportunities.
