* There is 24 hour on-site management, with services including guest laundry, and under-cover parking.
* A Credit Card is not required to make this initial booking enquiry.
* Our reservations staff will contact you within the next 48 hours to confirm booking and take further details.
A RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS:
* A valid credit card is provided to secure the booking.
* A deposit of one (1) night’s accommodation per week or part thereof.
* The balance of the tariff is due on departure (or such other time as stated).
* A valid credit card or cash deposit is required on check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Villa San Michele adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a booking:
* If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund.
* If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a charge of 1 nights accommodation.
* If the booking is cancelled on the day of arrival or is a no show, there is no refund.
* There is no refund for early departure.
SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
* Where a booking is made less than 7 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of making the original booking.
* Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours from the original booking will incur a one (1) night cancellation fee.
* If the booking is cancelled on the day of arrival or is a no show, there is no refund.
* There is no refund for early departure
COMPLIMENTARY TRANSFERS
Complimentary return airport transfers are included on bookings of 7 nights or more, subject to the following conditions:
* Bookings must be for 7 consecutive nights.
* Transfers valid only on day of arrival and day of departure to and from Villa San Michele.
* Transfers must be requested and flight details provided.
* Where flight details are changed Villa San Michele must be advised.
* Where a guest fails to cancel a requested transfer when no longer required full fees will apply.
* Where a guest fails to notify VSM of flight changes and requires us to rebook the transfers for an alternative time they will be at the guest’s expense.
* Transfers apply to a maximum of 2 persons in a 1 bedroom apartment and 4 persons in a 2 bedroom apartment. Additional persons will be at their own expense.
* Complimentary transfers are not transferable.
* No discounts or refunds for unused transfers.
