Nearby attractions and activities:
Although most of our guests choose to spend their days fishing, riding, and relaxing here at the ranch, the Intermountain Area abounds with other recreational activities. A challenging championship golf course is just 15 minutes away in Fall River Mills. Both Burney and Fall River Mills offer antique shops, fly shops, and gift boutiques. Mount Shasta, Lassen National Park and spectacular McArthur-Burney Falls State Park are also nearby.

For those folks who enjoy Trap Shooting, bring your own gun and shells and visit the Fall River Gun Club. The Club is less than 15 minutes away and offers a 5-station range and automatic launcher. For even more adventure, we can make arrangements for a whitewater rafting trip! Your rafting guide can take you for a wet and wild (Class II and III rapids) ride - or if you’re looking for something mild then consider an evening float. Either way, it’s a great way to see the area - bald eagles, otters and blue herons are spotted almost every time.
